When you want to transport goods abroad, you can engage us as your partner.
We ensure that all customs formalities related to the export are carried out correctly,
so the transaction can proceed smoothly and spotless.
Our computer system is connected to that of the customs office. Once you have given us
authorization, we will ensure that the export document is prepared. When the goods are ready,
we will file the declaration, and you will receive the document from us, which you can print.
For some clients, we have already successfully established an XML connection. You can then
attach the document to the goods. So, you can have the declaration processed from
anywhere in the Netherlands!
We always keep you informed about the status of the shipment. The declaration indicates
the location of the goods, and customs may decide to conduct a physical inspection on-site.
If a customs inspection occurs, we will inform you about it.
Starting July 1, we will be using the new DMS system, a computer system that works
